When you join the waitlist for The Reserve, you give us a few personal details. This page explains what we do with them. Short version: we use them to get in touch with you about The Reserve, and for nothing else.

Who is responsible

The Reserve is a project in Antwerp, Belgium, run by Sabir Kerkich. He is responsible for your data. Questions or requests: hello@thereserve.space.

What we collect

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The date you signed up, and that you agreed to this policy

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

Why we use it

• To keep the waitlist and send you a confirmation email.
• To contact you personally, by email or phone, about The Reserve: when a spot opens, and with news about the space.

We do this based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who else sees it

We never sell or share your details with other parties for their own use. We rely on two service providers to run the waitlist:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores the waitlist.
• Resend, which sends our emails and keeps the mailing list.

These providers may process data outside the European Union. Where they do, they use the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

As long as The Reserve is being built and you're on the list. If you ask to be removed, or if the project stops, we delete your details. At the latest we delete them 24 months after your last contact with us.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Just mail hello@thereserve.space. If you think we're handling your data wrongly, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
